Choosing a Role

We have a variety of clinical and non-clinical (general support) roles available at the Clinic. Review the assignment descriptions for more information on the requirements and duties of each position, including information for students and residents.

Mask Policy

At this time, masks are optional for all participants but are strongly encouraged in crowded areas. The mask policy may change according to public health guidance and community metrics for respiratory viruses.

Information for Clinicians

  • Healthcare professionals must be licensed/credentialed in the U.S. to volunteer in a clinical capacity. Out-of-state professionals must also submit an attestation form to the WA State Department of Health.
  • Licensed healthcare professionals are responsible for securing professional liability insurance. They may be able to receive insurance at no cost through the Volunteer and Retired Providers Program. Learn more about malpractice insurance requirements.
  • Free CE credits are available for dentists, dental hygienists, EFDAs, and social workers.
  • To learn what clinical services we provide as well as important details about your participation please click on the area specific flyers below.

Volunteers Make a Difference

Volunteers are the backbone of the Clinic. Over nine years, the time, expertise, and care of 31,000+ volunteers have helped to save 30,000 patients more than $26 million in out-of-pocket healthcare costs.

This is what’s possible when we join together to create a Community of Compassionate Care.

“What was amazing was the coming together of a community from all walks of life. It didn’t matter what organization you were from, in that moment, that day, we were all there to serve one purpose, help those who were in need. What a singular, powerful opportunity.”
