Seattle Center receives over 12 million visits each year. From the local visitor enjoying one of the many festivals and events, to the tourist taking in one of our region’s greatest attractions, Seattle Center continues to be a place that delights and inspires. Seattle Center Foundation serves a vital role in supporting Seattle Center, ensuring that the region has an active, fun and beautiful place to call its own. Here are some of the programs we support.
Festál
Festál, presented by Seattle Center in partnership with community organizations, is a year-long series of FREE events that honors the cultural richness and diversity of the Pacific Northwest. Festál plays a vital part in Seattle Center efforts to connect our dynamic and varied communities.
Winterfest
Seattle Center Winterfest offers five weeks of festive, FREE, fun-filled entertainment. From the timeless Winter Train & Village to professional entertainment, there is something for everyone to celebrate the holiday season.
Seattle/King County Clinic
Seattle Center and Seattle Center Foundation partner with organizations from across the State of Washington to produce the Seattle/King County Clinic which provides FREE dental, vision and medical care, as well as resource information and social services to people in need from throughout the region.
Memorial Stadium
A reimagined Memorial Stadium, currently under construction, will play host to large civic events – including concerts, community festivals, and professional sports. It will be truly integrated within Seattle Center featuring new programmable public space and open sightlines into the heart of the campus, linking the stadium with International Fountain like never before and working toward the goals of Seattle Center’s Century 21 Master Plan.
Immigration and Naturalization
Seattle Center, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington partner to hold a unique Naturalization Ceremony annually.
