Seattle/King County Clinic – Volunteer Information

“What was amazing was the coming together of a community from all walks of life.  It didn’t matter what organization you were from, in that moment, that day, we were all there to serve one purpose, help those who were in need.  What a singular, powerful opportunity.”  –  Clinic Volunteer

Seattle/King County Clinic had another successful residency in KeyArena at Seattle Center October 22 – 25, 2015. It required at least 750 people per day, ranging from general support volunteers to healthcare professionals, to operate the Clinic not to mention the volunteer efforts in the days and weeks before and after to help with preparation and wrap-up.

Thank you for joining us and making a difference in our community!

  • In 2015, 3,800+ volunteers helped to provide over $3.5M in care to 4,010 patients

When is the next Clinic going to occur?

While the past 3 years have seen an amazing convening of community to produce this remarkable program, each year we have had to begin anew with hope that sufficient core resources and staffing to produce the Clinic can be acquired. To continue, Seattle Center and Seattle Center Foundation need to ensure we have a sustainable funding and staffing infrastructure. Deliberations are currently underway to try and secure this support. The earliest another Clinic would occur is October 2016.  When a decision is made we will notify those on our volunteer roster as well as post the information on the website.
